SOLD OUT! Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester

  • Stroud Road Cirencester GL7 6JS (map)

The Royal Agricultural University are delighted to be one of the first universities to host a screening of Six Inches of Soil; a British independent feature documentary shining a spotlight on soil health and regenerative farming.

This event is brought to you by second year students Immie Jones and Laura Finch. The BSc Environment, Food and Society students are hugely excited to host this screening and to share the positive messages in the film to help shift UK food and farming towards more nature friendly practices within a more resilient system, told through the story of the next generation of farmers

Refreshments will be provided (included with your ticket) and the screening will conclude with a pannel discussion with some of the agriculture sector's most thought provoking speakers; Nikki Yoxall - farmer and Pasture for Life; Jenny Phelps – Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group; Ed Horton - local farmer, RAU Alumni and Farmers Guardian 2023 Arable Farmer of the Year and Claire Mackenzie – film producer and Tom Herbert - The Long Table & Hobbs House Bakery.
