Educational Films
Six Inches of Soil isn't just a film, it represents an important movement in food and farming, and we want it to be a learning resource for the next generation. Following the release of the documentary, we've created a series of short educational films for use in schools, colleges, universities and business exploring the themes of soil health, regenerative farming and our relationship with the food system.
These films draw on unseen footage and interviews from the main documentary, alongside new material created specifically for the classroom. Each one has been designed to sit within a facilitated lesson or workshop, and has been shaped in close collaboration with teachers, pupils and lecturers. They are suitable for Key Stage 2 and above for example: Geography, Economics, Business and Finance, PHSE, Environmental studies, Agriculture and Rural Economy
